Stephen Korn is currently Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Zoll Medical Corp. Prior to that he was Vice-President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ionics, Inc. Steve received his MA in Chemistry from Columbia University and his law degree from Harvard Law School. While serving as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service, he conducted biochemical research. After graduation from law school Steve began his legal career with Widett, Slater, Goldman, P.C., and before joining Ionics was Vice President and General Counsel for Symbolics, Inc.

Daniel Kuzmak is currently the Group VP Finance, Construction Segment of Terex, Inc. Prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer of Ionics, Inc. While at Ionics Dan was responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley 404 readiness and also was responsible for the implementation of a company-wide Oracle enterprise system. Prior to joining Ionics, Dan was CFO of the ABB US Operations (known as ABB, Inc.), his responsibilities at ABB also included all human resource functions for 15,000 employees.

James Mulvihill DMD is an internationally known and respected figure in both medical and dental spheres. He has held Chief Executive positions at the University of Conneticut Health Center, the Travelers Health Company, the Forsyth Institute and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation International, among others. He has been Chief of the Department of Dentistry at Harvard University Health Centers, Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, Director of the Foundation for Blood Research, Chairman of the Association of Academic Health Centers, a Consultant to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Trustee of the William J. Gies Foundation, visiting Fellow at the Rand Corporation and Advisor to The First Tee, among others.

Paul Sabin is Principal at Sabin Design. Paul has held product design and development positions at Product Genesis, Manta, Spacetec and Protonex. Paul has received awards from IDSA/Business Week, ID magazine, Appliance Manufacturer, Chicago Athenaeum Good Design Award, and Red Dot Highest Design Quality. He teaches or has taught at Tufts University, Babson College, and the Olin School of Engineering. Paul holds numerous patents and his development work has encompassed diverse technologies from PEM fuel cells to arthroscopic surgical handsets to fire extinguishers.

Eric Rosenberg, MD is currently Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard University Medical School and Associate Director, Clinical Microbiology, Infectious Diseases Division at Massachusetts general Hospital. Dr Rosenberg received his MD from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr Rosenberg has had or currently holds a number of academic appointments, hospital appointments, administrative responsibilities, licenses and certifications. He has been an Associate Editor, AIDS Clinical Care and an Editorial Board Member, Journal of Immune based Therapies and Vaccines. Dr Rosenberg has received numerous awards and honors, has published numerous papers and has been an invited presenter at many conferences. He is a Fellow of the Infectious Disease Society of America.
